Operations Manager
The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day logistics activities of the Company. He ensures efficient coordination of cargo handling, transportation, documentation, delivery, and other operational activities.

The Operations Supervisor monitors daily field operations and ensures that logistics activities are properly executed. He monitors compliance and reports operational challenges to management.
Operations Supervisor 2
The Operations Supervisor 2 provides additional supervision, support operational excellence. He assist in Monitoring activities and ensuring timely execution of assignments and supporting efficient service delivery across GLS.
Transport Officer
The Transport Officer coordinates the movement of cargo and transportation resources. He coordinates drivers and vehicles, monitors transportation activities, supporting route planning and ensuring cargo reaches its destination safely and on time.
Delivery Officer
The Delivery Officer is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of documents to the designated destinations and he confirms receipt of consignments, maintains delivery records and reports any challenges encountered during delivery.
Secretary
The Secretary provides administrative and organizational support to management and staff. She Keeps and maintain documentation records, handling communications, and ensuring smooth office coordination.
Transit Manager
Coordinate with Drivers & Transporters, Assign vehicles, communicate delivery instructions, and ensure drivers follow approved routes.
Delivery Clerk
Manages delivery documentation and supports last-mile logistics and customer liaison.
